Mad-max

Yeah....today i was mad to the maximum... Can u imagine, on the typical busy work day...I gotta run to an Immigration Office just to collect my Visa. I reached there at about 2 PM. The queue was pretty long....so i sat there and wait for my queue no. to be call.....3PM.....4PM.....5PM still no sign of calling my No. in fact it has been skip and call other No. here and there....my No. was 3837 but then, they could on until 4000+, but no 3837....!!!! I just lose my patient until I went straight to one of the officer, gently asked her if she could look for my documents. There it is....finally after 3 hrs. of waiting....then she said...."Oh, we need longer time to process your Visa, We stamped for you 2 months so you could stay and please wait for the letter that we will send to you sponsor, then please come again." AGAIN???? I was thinking.....coem again to wait for few more hrs??? Oh my goodness....I can't believe this.....

In fact, I went to immigration so many times ever since I live in S'pore. Yeah this time is a brand new record.....3 hours of waiting. (sigh) Please......could you improve your system and your service to be better than this...??? I hate to be angry like this alrite??? :P
